The game starts off by letting you pick your main character, who is always female. You are stuck with a teenage son and husband for which there are few customizing options. The game itself is played in 12 episodes. Each episode begins and ends with an animated little skit depending on what the episode will be about, and based on the choices you made.
The gameplay itself is fun - you have a choice of interacting with all of the characters on the street including the original DH characters, plus the Mailman, gardener, etc. You can talk to them, seduce them, slap them, kiss them, etc. Each episode plays out based on the choices you make while accomplishing the tasks.
The voiceovers are decent - some better than others. Unfortunately once you pass the game, you have to start over because there is only one story line in the game for you and your family.
